Yes, JC Entertainment has only one DJ. Your event is our number one priority! How do I book and hold my date? A signed contract and deposit will hold your date. Can I select the music?
Absolutely! You can choose songs from
our extensive music library here.
If we do not have a song you request, we will do our best to get it.
If you do not want to choose specific songs, just let us know the type
of music you would like to hear. Can you
provide lights for dancing?
Yes! JC Entertainment provides professional
dance floor lighting for you and your guests at no extra charge. What
will you wear to my event?
Depending on the event and what you prefer,
I will wear what is appropriate for the occasion. Normally, I
would dress in formalwear (a tuxedo). For less formal events,
business casual. I need planning assistance! Can you provide song suggestions? See
our suggested wedding song lists, top 200 dance songs, and current chart
hits at the left side of this page. We also provide a reception planning
questionnaire for weddings and a general entertainment planning form
for other events on our Event
Forms page. Need more ideas? Just ask--we'll be happy to assist
you! When
will you arrive to set up?
We will arrive two to three hours before
your event. This allows us to do a sound and light check and meet
with coordinators of the event. Can you provide music for wedding ceremonies? A power outlet within a reasonable distance is usually all we need. If your event is outside, we would need an enclosed area (tent, porch, garage, gazebo, etc.) with side protection and a solid, level floor. Will you play beyond the contracted time?
If you decide, either before or during the
event, that you would like us to play longer, we will be happy to do
so. Do
you accept credit cards? Yes, we accept credit cards through Paypal, checks, or cash. Cash payments may be made up to the day before the event. We ask that personal checks or Paypal transactions reach us at least seven days before the event. Can
I talk with someone who has used your services? Certainly--we speak with each client afterward to make sure we've helped make their event the best it could be and we are pleased to provide references!
